The Gem Testing Laboratory, Jaipur offers rebates under different categories for single stone identification reports, diamond grading and jewellery reports. Schemes are available for regular as well as non-regular users of the laboratory services.
‘Bulk Discount’ – earn 10% rebate
When 5 or more stones are certified together under the same agreement, the depositor will earn 10% rebate on the published charges.
No registrations / documents are required for earning this discount.
The discount will however be applicable only for single stone reports (identification as well as diamond grading) and not on ‘lot’ or ‘jewellery’ reports.

The discount will be applicable in all categories; single stone, packet lots, bead strings or jewellery.
Interested companies / firms may obtain this card after submitting CDC charges along with the application form and other documents.
The card will be valid for a period of one financial year, beginning on 1st April of each calendar year.
The card will expire on 31st March of the year and will become invalid for availing discount on 1st of April of the same year, unless it is renewed. Therefore it is advisable that it should be renewed by 31st of March.
Applicant firm / company must be a registered firm with the sales tax authority. A copy of registration certificate should be submitted along with the application form.
If the firm / company is a member of the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council, then a copy of current membership certificate should be submitted along with the application form.
On approval, a ‘Corporate Discount Card’ with alpha-numeric security code will be issued in two working days and sent on the address given on the form.
Only one card per firm / company will be issued.
While submitting the stones for certification, the depositor should produce the ‘Corporate Discount Card’ for availing the discount.
